While ThistleBridge HR strives to provide accurate and effective HR solutions, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate a service agreement upon written notice, subject to the terms outlined in the specific service agreement. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

8. Amendments

ThistleBridge HR reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our platform and will be effective immediately. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
